The Building Operator Certification Level I (BOC I) course is a nationally recognized training program that teaches building operators and maintenance staff the fundamentals of energy-efficient building operations and systems maintenance. The course covers the following topics:听

- Week 3: Lighting Theory and Efficiency听
- Week 4: Electrical Systems and Distribution听
- Week 5: HVAC Controls and Operation I听
- Week 6: HVAC Controls and Operation II听
- Week 7: Indoor Air Quality Theory and Techniques听
- Week 8: Energy Management Planning
